Hi Mama! I’m Ash, a personal trainer specialising in pre and post-natal.
Through my group fitness classes, I empower mums to gain strength, overcome post-natal injuries, gain energy, move their body and be the strong role models they’ve always wanted to be for their kids.
As mums, our bodies go through so much during and after pregnancy.
Yet we have a way of just carrying on, looking after everyone else while neglecting our own needs, running on empty and exhausted.
That’s why I made it my mission to empower you to take care of your body the same way you’d take care of your baby so you can return to your exercise routine safely and effectively.
