Beginner Boxfit classes take it right back to the basics learning punches, footwork and focusing on technique in a small group setting.
You’re here because:
You’re new to boxing and a bit shy about going to classes at the gym with the pros. You want to take it at a slower pace to learn the punches and footwork, focus on your technique, and build up your confidence.
Maybe you have some previous experience doing Boxfit classes but haven’t done it in a while and need a refresher to get back into it.
Or you simply want to add variety into your workout schedule with some much needed ‘me’-time and be part of an amazing, supportive community of like-minded mums to let off some steam from the frustrations that arise of daily life with children…trust me we are all in the same boat!
I’ve got you, Mama! I’m Ash, a personal fitness trainer on a mission to empower mums to get fit, gain more energy, and be the strong role model you long to be for your kids, through my group fitness classes.
Term 2 Timetable:
How Boss Mama BoxFit works:
Duration: 45min
Includes punches & footwork technique warm-up, combos to get your heart rate up, and stretching to cool down.
Investment Options:
$15 casual session
$100 10-concession (valid for 3months)
$30 for unlimited classes over 7 consecutive days
$250 unlimited classes for one term
Please Note: This class is suitable for all mamas from 6 weeks postpartum with clearance to return to exercise from your GP or medical professional.

I’m accredited in working with post-natal injuries, which means I know how to interpret recommendations from your doctor, women’s health physiotherapist or other practitioners. You’re in safe hands!

With classes of no more than ten mamas, you can rest assured that you’ll have my individualised attention. And all my exercises can easily be adapted to your individual needs on a class-by-class basis.
All equipment is provided
All you need to bring is yourself, a towel and a water bottle

Babies, children, prams - bring them all! The important thing is that you show up.
My classes fit in with your children’s school schedule
We’re all mums here so I organise my classes around school terms. That way you get to have your ‘me’-time while the kids are at school, and holidays free to spend with them.

Being at home with babies or toddlers can be isolating. I want you to have a village of women around you for support, motivation - and that much-needed adult conversation we mums can’t get enough of!
These small classes are made up of mums just like you, so friendships often blossom.

The workouts she sets are challenging but she always gives options and she checks in for injury’s asking if anyone needs changes. Ash comes around and offers corrections to ensure you are comfortable and I’m never afraid of asking if I’m doing something right.
When I first started I really struggled with some of the exercises but now I feel I have become much stronger physically and also mentally as I feel my confidence in giving things a go has greatly improved.
