 I’ve got you, Mama! I’m Ash, a personal fitness trainer who’s on a mission to empower mums to get fit, gain more energy, and be the strong role model you long to be for your kids, through low-moderate intensity style bootcamps and ongoing support.
Having helped many mums become the fittest version of themselves after pregnancy, I know how crucial it is to return to exercise the safe way.
Many women suffer from postnatal injuries that can easily be rehabilitated with the right type of exercise - yet they’re not being given the right exercise, which only leads to further harm.
That’s why, as an accredited post-natal fitness trainer, I’ve specifically designed my group fitness classes to help you strengthen your deep core and pelvic floor from the inside out - the safe way.

How Boss Mama Bootcamps work:

When and where:  Monday, Wednesday and Friday

9:15-10am,

Shepherds Park, Beach Haven (bottom field access of Melba St)
Duration: 45 minutes (includes warm up, 30min resistance training in a circuit style session, cool down stretches)

Book Online and pay as you go, or buy a concession card to get a deal! $15 casual session or $100 for 10 concession.

Please Note: A pre-requisite for Boss Mama Bootcamps is my Boss Mama – Back to Basics programme to strengthen your deep core and pelvic floor and focus on the fundamentals of basic momement patterns for anyone returning to exercise less than six months post-natal.

I work with your physio
I’m accredited in working with post-natal injuries, which means I know how to interpret recommendations from your doctor, women’s health physiotherapist or other practitioners. You’re in safe hands!

You get the attention you deserve
With classes of no more than ten mamas, you can rest assured that you’ll have my individualised attention.  And all my exercises can easily be adapted to your individual needs on a class-by-class basis.
All my classes are family friendly
Babies, children, prams - bring them all! The important thing is that you show up.
All equipment is provided

There’s no need to bring anything but yourself, a towel and a bottle of water.
My classes fit in with your childrens’ school schedule

We’re all mums here, so I organise my classes around school terms. That way you get to have your ‘me’-time while the kids are at school, and holidays free to spend with them.
I’ll introduce you to my incredible village of Boss Mamas
Being at home with babies or toddlers can be isolating. I want you to have a village of women around you for support, motivation - and that much-needed adult conversation we mums can’t get enough of!
These small classes are made up of mums just like you, so friendships often blossom.
